How to do SEO in just 30 Minutes a Day = More Traffic

Search engine optimisation is a hot topic, just as much as social media thanks to Google revolutionising the way their search ranks websites. If you are time short like me and 1000’s of other entrepreneurs, you want some quick fire ways to make sure your SEO is up to date and effective. Thirty minutes is all you need to achieve this and here is how to do your SEO.

Link building is one of the most significant ways to keep your SEO actively improving your search ranking. Are you someone who participates in forums/discussions online? If not, you should be. Although this will not improve your ranking on Google, this will get you more targeted visitors to your website. Chose a selection of forums/G+ communities to be a part of and spend no more than a few minutes on each a couple of times a week. Offer great, relevant content and achieve more website hits.

Part of your SEO daily routine should also include outreach link building. This is when you connect with a person online and get them to link back to your website through their own content. A great place to start with this is by speaking to who you already know. Suppliers, channel partners, customers and those who are thought leaders in your industry will help boost your ranking on Google.

What does submission link building mean to you? There are 1000’s of directories, whether it be local, universal or niche that you can submit information on and get a link back to your website. These may not be the most powerful links however, they are still useful to your website. Also look at portfolio websites and local organisations as these are great places to platform your business.

Finally, you need to spend some of your thirty minutes a day, organically working on building links. By this I mean earning your links by promoting yourself and building a good following online. If someone likes what you have to say, they will reference your business, giving you a natural online link that will translate into higher rankings and more traffic to your website.

Remember to stay consistent when it comes to building links to your website. Don’t be afraid of SEO, especially the above methods as they only require a time commitment from you, not a lifelong background in SEO. Keep working on your search engine optimisation for just 30 minutes a day and you will soon see the benefits.
